It is recommended that you create your entries with your desktop computer and use the Kindle for PC program from Amazon.com- thereby using your Kindle as a reference guide. With the use of your desktop computer keyboard, you can input notes fast and they will automatically sync with your Kindle’s book copy once your WiFi is turned on. Of course, you may enter the data with your Kindle and have it automatically sync with your desktop computer. Or you could have a three-way scenario with your receptionist making your appointments on the desktop computer and having those entries sync with your Kindle and also with your secretary’s laptop. Under the Manage Your Kindle page, you can register up to six electronic devices and have all email addresses of your team registered with your Kindle so that each of the various email addresses may send documents to your Kindle. There are pages for each week commencing with June 2011 through December 31, 2012, as well as a page for Client Notes, which correspond with the names in your appointment book. You can quickly see week by week all appointments contained in any given week as little icons appear once an appointment is made. And, if you need to make an appointment for a client, you can see week by week where the free time slots are located. To see all appointments for a client, i.e., Martha Scott, search for her name. Perhaps you have 3 or 4 set up in advance and wish to see when they are. Also included is a page for a TO DO List. Both the Client Note pages and the To Do List have an alphabetical index on each page. Simply insert your note near the corresponding letter in the alphabet. The underlined references following each section will take you back to the Table of Contents and also act as a reference whenever you view your notes and marks. All notes/appointments may be edited- thus, if you wish to add to a note, it is easy to do. All pages in this book have ~ marks, from which notes/appointments may be created. If you wish to retrieve only the data in this note taking book, simply click on the Menu button and select View My Notes & Marks. You may also search for any week or any word inserted into your notes with the Search this Book feature selected from the Menu button. If you are used to making annotations for your Kindle books, then you will know how to create appointments and journal entries for this book. Notes may be created with every word and mark ~ in this book, all done with familiar Kindle key strokes. If you wish to view all your notes on your desktop computer, highlights too, go to https://kindle.amazon.com and log in. You will see all your books with the Your Books selection. Click on Highlights. All notes are also provided. Each book in which you have made highlights or notes will be listed, along with the full text of all notes. You may also edit your notes on this page. On your Manage Your Kindle page, scroll down and make sure you have synchronization turned ON so that any note you create with your desktop computer for the Kindle for PC app will be transferred to your Kindle. Please give your book time to react to your commands, especially when doing a search or viewing your notes and marks. Sometimes your Kindle may appear to be slow. There could be a number of reasons- one is that it may be indexing. Use the Back button when you no longer wish to view any search results and allow time for your Kindle to react. For instance, if you push the Back button and are impatient and push it again, it may take you back to the Home page and not back to the book. There are instantaneous bookmarks and hyperlinks throughout.
